A new era began with Coach Chris Stokes, a former Arrow player and MVP. He was greeted by six returning letter-winners. The team had four Hess’s (players: Jason, and brothers: Andrew and Matt, and their Dad, the longtime assistant coach, Doug). The A’s were able to beat Madison three times including the Sectional opener, but lost to Mansfield Senior three times including the Sectional finals. It was the 20th time the Tygers had eliminated the Arrows against five tournament wins for the Orange and Black. Junior Jason Hess was again team MVP and again first-team OHC with 325 points and 200 rebounds. Matt Hess, 2nd team OHC, had a new school record FG percentage (65.8%), and Oliver Highman had the best FT percentage (79.3%). Jerome Anderson had 115 assists.
