The CCC string ended at six as the Arrows lost four close games by less than a basket or in an overtime loss. Their two lettermen and co-captains led the A’s. MVP John Marquette tallied 316 points, and Doug Semler scored 207 points. John Smith, the sophomore sensation, led the team in rebounds and scored 245 points. Doug Cheadle had 207 points and the best free throw percentage. The fifth starter Jim Thomas had 75-points. The Orange and Black finished as the runner up in the Sectional at AU again.
